What you'll deliver
• You'll be responsible for the design and delivery of remuneration policies
• You'll lead market studies and benchmarking exercises to review and improve the organizations Total Rewards framework in line with best practices
• You'll work to assess and monitor rewards policies and processes
• You'll continually work with Workforce Planning and Finance in the review of employee remuneration

• You will be educated to a Degree Level in a relevant field
• You should have at least 5 years’ experience in the area of total rewards and remuneration
• Experience working with reward management systems
• Expert level Excel skills
