What you'll deliver
• You'll design and deliver the strategy of all HR Data Management and employee services for the organisation
• You'll lead all new technology implementations and process improvements within the hub, ensuring a streamlined approach and a quick turnaround of HR activities
• You'll monitor and report on service delivery KPI's and SLA's through real time dashboarding in conjunction with key stakeholders and other HR functions
• You'll continually work to improve HR processes and service delivery opportunities throughout the Solution Hub and wider HR
