• Executes necessary logistics, consignment store, transportation, and customer services for orders
• Coordinates and processes orders from initiation to execution and delivery
• Communicates with customs authorities, suppliers, manufacturers, partners, and clients
• Records quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Visits with customers and vendors when required to resolve any outstanding issues or complaints
• Complies with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
