Jr. Support Engineer / Sales Executive:
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities
Ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a good relationship with the customers
Assisting customers with their queries on Spare parts questions related to Heavy Equipment, Commercial Vehicles, etc. and needs (either in-person or via telephone)
Prepare necessary documents for supply of parts.
Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available.
Identify lost sales to assist when re-ordering
Follow up of pending quotations.
Coordinate with team to accomplish the work required to close sales
Package: 3500-4000 inclusive of all with incentives
Minimum Quailifcation : Diploma in Mechanical
Good Communication skill in English , Hindi
Experience : Minimum 2 years of Experience in Similar role with similar Industry.
