Position: Service/Maintenance Engineer
Location: Dubai
Qualification: B.TECH/M.TECH
Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in UAE in the same field
Salary Range: 3,500 to 6000 AED
Job Description:
The role is responsible to develop & implement a timeline for the team under his supervision and provide direction, instructions and guidance to the team to achieve the target work execution by assigning specific tasks to the members of the team.
Which will be dealing in AMC / installation testing and commissioning activity of Fire alarm / Fire Fighting products
Hands on the experience on the Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting, AMC & Trouble shooting on multiple brand / Systems.
Allocating specific work execution related to AMC, projects & fit-out works to the team members under him on day-to-day basis.
Conduct site survey to evaluate the scope of work and provide survey report to sales section for preparing quotations.
Coordinate for subcontract arrangement for fit-out (medium & large) works and ensure the completion of work in a timely manner.
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations by analyzing invoices for materials, site condition, site coordination, access availability etc.
