Operations Supervisor for Oil Lubricant Company
Salary – Upto AED 5000 with Benefits

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company
• Establish professional communications with existing customers
• Able to convince prospects to become regular customers of the company
• Identify opportunities to find/get more customers
• Able to make quotations for customers and discuss with the owners
• Review and optimize the schedule of the staffs
• Manage a team of 20-25 staffs

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role in UAE is preferred.
• Very good English is a must (Written, Spoken)
• Energetic and self-starter
• Pro-active and able to work under limited guidance
• Outstanding Organizational and leadership skills
• Takes pride in the work and is eager to exceed expectations
