- With at least 2 years experience in a BPO industry
- With experience in handling either inbound or outbound calls
- With experience in sales is an advantage
- Well experience in working with US clients.
- Must have an excellent communication and written skills
- Filipino Females Only.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate possible business relationships.
- Perform outbound calls and sales activities over the phone and other means of communication.
- Customer and Client Retention.
- After sales support.
