Hiring HR Officer - Temporary Assignment 6months) Post jobs adverts online and review applicants against job spec / JD


  • Prepare new starter packs including employment contract
  • Collect documents for VISA from candidates and coordinate with HR team & PRO
  • Update recruitment reports and tracker on a weekly basis
  • Confirm candidate start dates and communicate this to relevant manager
  • Screening calls with candidates
  • Update and maintain CV database and keep interview evaluation forms and notes
  • Reject unsuccessful candidates
  • Keep external recruitment agencies updated on roles and candidates. 
Females preferred holding husbands/ fathers sponsorship available immediate.
