Front Office Receptionist Female Required

Description


  1. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  2. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  3. Print Invoice / Delivery note
  4. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  5. Must have relevant work experience 1 – 2 years.
  6. Excellent communication skill in English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.
  7. Update calendars and schedule meetings
  8. Strong computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Packages
