Position: Assistant Manager - Rope Access
Gender: Male
Number of Vacancy: 1
Experience: 7 - 10 Years
Salary: 10,000 AED – 15,000 AED per month
Job Summary:
Manages the Height Solutions service provision Cradle; Scaffolding and Rope Access - to clients, ensuring a quality-focused and efficient delivery.
Meets revenue and retention targets for existing clients through forward planning and market awareness.
Builds strong client relations to understand client needs and maintain contracts.
Manages the manpower planning and deployment of staff onto client sites.
Mitigates risk by ensuring all client teams are trained fully and have appropriate certification as required.
Provides guidance to the team on delivery expectations, policies and processes and compliance to Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each client.
Acts as the decision maker for escalated and unresolved client issues.
Conducts regular site visits for client meetings, service monitoring and ad hoc training as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
IRATA Level 3- holder Level 3
