Read / Understand / Clarify - SCOPE OF WORK for the PROJECT
Guide all departments on the formats for inputs (based on Client price form and estimating requirements)
Receive all department inputs and

- Review them for completeness (misses / double dips)
- Benchmark
- Challenge cost basis where required (both high / low)
Prepare Project Overall Basis of Estimate (supported by all departments inputs)
Prepare presentations for Reviews
Prepare Client price forms for submission
Prepare cost comparisons for various options
Excellent excel knowledge

Company Industry: Oil & Gas / Petroleum

Department/Functional Area: Engineering

Desired Candidate Profile: Candidates should have Saudi Aramco offshore projects.

Minimum 10-15 years experience in EPIC Companies.
