Job Requirements
Qualification : B.E - Civil
Experience : 5 -7 years
Other Details : Candidate with landscape experience and good communication skills.
• Evaluate and understand specifications & instructions to Tender / Enquiry.
• Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials
• Develop norms / statistics for review and improve tendering techniques.
• Improve on tendering techniques by getting new Suppliers/ Products / software etc.
• Coordinate / Cooperate and Promote Team work.
• Generate statistics of success and failure ratios and submit Prepare Build up of rates for all activities. Review and update periodically.
Post-tender:
• Prepare a detailed budget for the project.
• Analysing completed work and submitting invoice to clients
• Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
• Calculation and submission of variations to client
