Experience : 10 - 12 years
Other Details : Should have experience in Civil / Horticulture (landscaping).
Job Responsibilities
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
• Should be responsible for fulfilling operational goals on assigned projects in line with company’s Vision / Mission.
• Should be able to develop and monitor the progress regularly and ensure successful completion of projects as per the Construction Program.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Think like a manager
